The Role of Ghonsla Construction Company in Society

The basic objective of business is to develop, produce, and supply goods and services to customers. This has to be done in such a way as to allow companies to make a profit, which in turn demands far more than just skills in the companies’ own fields and processes.

Ghonsla often demonstrates an almost intuitive understanding of the synergies that create success.

  1. Forest Preservations

Forests constitute some of the most complex natural ecosystems in the world. The environment may be analysed by a number of factors, such as soil, moisture, wind, temperature, etc. The psycho physiological influence of trees in the form of purified air, clean water, rest and recreation, scenic enjoyment, reduced noise level, and spiritual replenishment is being fully appreciated. The major part of a healthy environment is FOREST. Traditionally, we, the inhabitants of Chitral and Gilgit, depend on the woods of Diyar and Russian willows.

By using non forest and eco-products in the construction of buildings, especially in ceilings, we have saved at least 5000 trees of Wood and Russian willow. This is our major contribution to the environment in Northern Pakistan. It has also come to our attention that using insulation in houses, shops, and offices results in a considerable decrease in the usage of firewood.

  1. Standard of living

Raising the standard of living for people living in a community is yet another key contribution to economic development in Northern Pakistan. By generating jobs, providing product financing, and developing skills, we again play a key role in increasing the standard of living in Chitral and Gilgit. We do this not just by creating jobs, but also by developing and adopting innovations that lead to improvements in the quality of life of our employees, customers, and other stakeholders in the community. For example, innovations in ceilings and insulation that reduce installed costs and enable faster installation will make a business unit more productive, along with providing its customers with the same goods at lower prices.

  1. Heritage Preservations

Ghonsla always believe in the traditional culture and are committed to promoting cultural heritage preservation. Our products are derived from the traditional names of buildings like Baipash, Muzatah, etc. We are also introducing Chitrali and Kalasha wood carvings into the designs of ceilings and wall panelling. Ghonsla is also supporting polo players, and presently Nasirullah a famous polo player from Chitral, is the brand ambassador of Ghonsla.

  1. House comfort

Insulation slows down heat transfer by keeping your rooms warm in the winter and cool in the summer. You’ll notice the biggest change in your home’s comfort during the summer after you insulate the ceiling. The ceiling can get substantially hot during the summer, which can feel like you’re standing in direct sunlight. Insulation slows down the heat coming in and reduces the workload on your air conditioner. You’ll also notice some difference in the winter in the form of reduced draughts between rooms. Insulation in your ceiling and throughout your home reduces the number of cycles your furnace makes to keep the home comfortable and increases its life by 10 to 20 years. An insulated house in the northern parts of Pakistan has made the houses comfortable for the inhabitants of the households. Hence, life is becoming more about the living of the dwellers and providing comfort for their children during their studies. of houses became favourable for study and living.
